During the appointment, we discuss current symptoms, emotional patterns, medical and mental health history, medications, sleep, stress, lifestyle factors, and important life experiences. This evaluation helps identify the root contributors to symptoms and guides treatment recommendations.

  • When clinically appropriate, integrative testing options such as laboratory assessments, pharmacogenetic testing, and hair mineral analysis may be recommended to better understand how biological factors may influence mood, stress, or medication response.

  • Yes. we can prescribe medications when appropriate. Medication is considered one tool within a broader treatment plan and may be recommended alongside therapy, lifestyle strategies, or integrative approaches depending on each person’s needs.

  • En Gedi Behavioral Health is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. Many clients choose private-pay care for increased privacy, longer appointment times, and a more personalized treatment experience. Upon request, a superbill can be provided for clients who wish to seek potential reimbursement through their insurance plan.
