When to Seek Emergency Care
Please seek immediate help if you are experiencing:
Thoughts of harming yourself or someone else
A suicide plan or intent
Severe panic or emotional distress that feels unmanageable
Psychosis (hallucinations, paranoia, loss of contact with reality)
Medication reactions requiring urgent medical attention
Any situation where safety cannot be maintained
